Kim is a Certified Essential Skills Analyst and follows the Employment and Skills Development Canada (ESDC) methodology for Essential Skills Profile development.
As a Certified facilitator, Kim has successfully facilitated upwards of 100 workshops and consultative sessions with a variety of participants and stakeholders, for groups ranging in size from 3 to 90+ participants.

With an academic background in English literature and composition, coupled with extensive business writing experience, Kim develops written documentation and communication with close attention to grammar, style and audience.
